First UK edition, first printing. Publisher's original orange cloth with black titles to the spine, in dustwrapper. A very good copy, the binding square and firm with some bumping at the spine tips, the cloth bright and fresh. The contents, with a little spotting to the endpapers and closed text block edge are otherwise clean throughout and without inscriptions or stamps. Complete with the rubbed and nicked dustwrapper that has several closed tears (secured with tape to the underside) and a few small chips at the fold corners. Not price-clipped (7s 6d net to the front flap).
