First edition. Signed presentation copy. Publisher's original plain white card covers, cream dustwrapper with titles and illustration in black and bronze. Inscribed by Graham Sutherland. Illustrated with full page colour plates and drawings in black throughout. An excellent near fine copy, the binding square and tight, the contents clean throughout and without previous owner's inscriptions or stamps. Complete with the rubbed and slightly marked dustwrapper that is a little toned to the extremities but without loss or tears.

Inscribed by the artist in blue ink "For Anne and Michael / Loved & lost - found & loved / Graham".
