First edition. Finely bound in contemporary three-quarter brown morocco, double ruled in gilt with five raised bands to the spine, with double ruled compartments and titles in gilt. Quarto. 18 pages of text printed rectos only and 42 pages of plates. Top edge gilt. Green marbled endpapers. An excellent near fine copy, the binding square and firm with a little rubbing and scuffing to the extremities. The contents are clean throughout and without previous owner's inscriptions or stamps. Light toning and offsetting to the margins.
