First edition, first printing. Publisher's original pictorial boards, in dustwrapper. Illustrated in colour throughout by Quentin Blake. A near fine copy, the binding square and firm, with a bump to the top of the spine and light rubbing to the extremities, the contents are clean throughout and without inscriptions or stamps. Complete with the lightly creased dustwrapper, that has an abrasion to the top right of the rear panel, a touch of toning to the extremities and is otherwise free from fading, loss or tears.
