Uncorrected proof copy, of the first edition, first printing. Publisher's original red card covers, printed in black. Illustrated by Quentin Blake with line drawings throughout. A very good copy, the binding firm with some rubbing to the folds and a touch of fading to the spine. The contents are clean throughout and without inscriptions or stamps. An excellent example.
