First edition, first printing. Publisher's original green cloth with black titles to the upper board and spine, in dustwrapper. A very good copy, the binding firm with a little bumping at the spine tips and a touch of rolling to the spine. The contents, with an ownership signature to the top left corner of the front pastedown and light spotting to the margins are otherwise clean throughout. Two faint black lines to the bottom edge of the closed text block. Complete with the rubbed and nicked dustwrapper that has a closed tear to the lower front panel and a couple of small pieces of clear tape to the underside. The dustwrapper is in the later state, identical to that of the first state other than the publisher's price of 3/6 net (as opposed to 7/6net) overprinted to the spine.

The third of four Hubin listed crime novels by Holloway Horn, all of which are scarce, especially so in dustwrapper.
