First edition. Signed by David Steen and Roger Moore. Deluxe limited edition, this being 296 of 350. Publisher's original silver leather with orange titles to the spine and upper and lower boards. Pasted onto the front cover is a replica transparency mount in acetate and card, featuring The Beatles. All edges are silver foiled. Housed in an orange and clear plastic slipcase. Included is an acetate bookmark designed to look like a roll of film. An excellent fine copy, the binding square and tight, the contents clean and bright throughout. This deluxe edition includes an additional, exclusive print of Rod Stewart. Presented in a yellow drawstring bag bearing the title in black, which has some staining near the opening.

Inscribed by David Steen in black ink on the title page "For Alex / I hope you enjoy this book / as much as I have enjoyed / spending time with these "Heroes & Villains" David x". With the signature of David Steen in white on the limitation page and signed by Roger Moore in blue ink on the deluxe edition bookplate overleaf.
