First edition, first printing. The publisher's retained copy. Original blue cloth with dark blue titles to the spine, in dustwrapper. A near fine copy, the binding square and firm, the contents slightly spotted to the text block edges and with the publisher's "Archive Copy" stamp to the title page and with the publisher's "File Copy" stamp to the front pastedown are otherwise clean throughout. Complete with the near fine original dustwrapper which has the publisher's "File Copy" stamp on the upper panel.
