THE OLD, OLD FAIRY TALES

Early edition. Original blue cloth with titles and illustrations in blue and black to the upper board and spine, blindstamped design to the lower board. Illustrated with a colour frontispiece and full page black and white engravings throughout. A very good copy, the binding square and firm with some rubbing anf bumping to the extremities, the spine just a touch faded. The contents, with some offsetting to the to title page and light spotting to the closed text block edge, are otherwise clean throughout and without inscriptions or stamps. The endpapers are cracked at the inner hinges but holding firm.
