A better than very good copy, the binding square and tight, the extremities just barely bumped, and one tiny mark to the text block's lower edge. The contents, with offsetting to the half title page where a Maurice Chevalier news clipping has been loosely laid in, are otherwise clean and bright throughout.

An excellent dedication copy to Maurice Chevalier with a lengthy inscription from Jeane Dixon in green ink on the front free endpaper, reading "To Maurice Chevalier - / The future holds great / happiness for the many people / who may be fortunate enough to / hear and enjoy your wonderful / performances. You are a great / artist and a fine living example / for all junior Americans / Jeane + James Dixon", followed by an inscription from Ruth Montgomery in blue ink, reading "May your future be bright! / Ruth Montgomery".
