A very good or better copy, the binding square and firm with a little rubbing and bumping to the spine tips and corners. The contents are entirely complete and without loose or torn pages. The top edge of the text block has a few spots of foxing otherwise the pages remain clean throughout. Complete with the rubbed, nicked and torn price-clipped dustwrapper which is spotted and chipped with loss at the spine tips and panel edges. Scarce in the dustwrapper.

He was also the author of at least 16 volumes of crime or adventure fiction, some written under pseudonyms.
