Publisher's original orange half leather with orange cloth featuring gilt title and a blue stamped mandala design to the upper board and gilt title to the spine. All edges gilt. Illustrated with black and white and colour photographs throughout. With contributions from Paul Theroux, Eric Clapton, Joe Brown, Terry Gilliam, Tom Hanks, Ringo Starr, Ravi Shankar, Eric Idle, Gary Brooker, Olivia and Dhani Harrison, and many more. Housed in a silk-screened orange cloth-covered, padded folding solander box with gilt titles to the upper board and spine. Inside a pocket in the box is an original Concert For George programme from the Royal Albert Hall bound in an embossed cover and fastened with an orange silk ribbon; as well as four laminated back-stage passes, a poster with facsimile signatures of many of the musicians involved, and two hand-signed prints by Jill Furmanovsky and Richard Young. An excellent fine copy, the binding square and tight, the contents bright and clean throughout.
