With illustrations in black and white by Lupe Vasconcelos throughout. A fine copy, the binding square and firm, the contents clean throughout and free from inscriptions or stamps.

One of 280 standard edition copies, this being hand-numbered 41 (there was also a deluxe edition of 20 copies in full leather with an illustrated art card by Lupe Vasconcelos, which was inscribed by the author on the reverse).
