FUZZ ONE. A Bronx Childhood.

First edition, first printing. Publisher's pictorial boards. Illustrated with photographs in colour throughout. A fine copy, the binding firm, the contents clean throughout and without previous owner's inscriptions or stamps. A scarce, highly readable and historically important account of FUZZ ONE's adventures in the early years of the New York City subway graffiti scene.

Packed with stories and photographs, many unseen before this publication at the hand of the author and other notable graffiti artists of 1970s New York. FUZZ ONE was one of the most prominent writers on the IRTS, in the early years writing in the Bronx with The Ebony Dukes and The Fantastic Partners. His output peaked during the late 1970s, going "all city" and writing under various different names with several different crews who's members included Billy 167, Victor 161, Tracy 168, Dondi, Blade, Comet, Boots 119, Fristos, Cliff 159, Mitch 77, Ban 2, Kade and King 2 (to name but a few).
