Housed in the fine black cloth, ribbon pull, solander case with pictorial label to the upper cover and titles on a label to the spine.

Issued in a limited edition of 100 copies of which this example is numbered 75 and signed by Gene Wolfe and Alastair Reynolds in black ink on the limitation page. There was also a simultaneous edition of 300 copies signed only by Gene Wolfe and without the solander (tray) case.
