A near fine copy, the binding square and firm, the extremities slightly rubbed and with the publisher's 'proof' stamp and a 'proof only' label with publication information on the upper board. The contents, with is a second 'proof' stamp on the title page, are otherwise clean and bright throughout. Uncommon in this form.
