Illustrated a with limitation page artwork by Glenn Chadbourne and 20 black and white plates by Chris Odgers. A fine copy, the binding square and firm, the contents clean throughout and free from inscriptions or stamps. Complete with the fine dustwrapper that is without fading, loss or tears. The slipcase is also in fine condition.
