An excellent copy, the binding with a rubbing and darkening to the extremities and a nicely rounded spine. Illustrated with 22 tipped in tissue guarded colour plates all of which are in fine condition. Further line drawings and vignettes by Hugh Thomson throughout. There is a partially removed bookplate to the front endpaper otherwise clean and bright throughout.
