The End of Summer, 2035, and the is world is ruled by a Kangaroo Court of Compassionate Aldermen who develop The Lynn-Randal Experiment, whereby three children (Lord Randal, Axel, and Anneal) are raised together from infancy. When just short of ten years old, they are merged with children of three other experiments, forming a Magic Dozen. Immediately they have an astonishing effect on the World.
