First revised edition. Original grey cloth with silver titles to the spine, in dustwrapper. A near fine copy, the binding square and firm, the spine tips very lightly bumped. The contents, with two small pen marks to page 92 and the words "there is also a comprehensive library" in the introduction crossed out in biro, are otherwise clean and complete. Complete with the lightly rubbed and creased dustwrapper which has two short closed tears to the upper spine folds. Not price-clipped (24s / £1.20 on the front flap).

An occult text received by Dion Fortune and her friend Charles Loveday through what Fortune described as "inspirational mediumship" from Ascended Masters within the Inner Planes between 1923 and 1925. The text describes the existence of seven cosmic planes, the creation and evolution of the cosmos, consciousness and divine and cosmic intelligences, and the human mind and spirit's relation to these.
