First edition, first printing. Red cloth with black lettering to the spine, in dustwrapper. A very good copy, tight and square with some toning to the page block; no other marks or inscriptions. The very good dustwrapper shows some minor rubbing and a few nicks. There's a half-centimetre tear/patch of loss to the top of front panel which has been repaired with tape, and a one inch tear to the bottom of the back panel that is marked by the residual signs of earlier tape repair. Not price-clipped; correctly priced (10s 6d net) to the inner flap (there's a barely visible abrasion just above the printed price).
