The top- and fore-edges of the text block are spotted. Complete with the rubbed and nicked slightly spine faded dustwrapper that has a couple of short closed tears at the bottom of the rear panel but remains without loss. Not price-clipped (12/6d net to the front flap).
Inscribed by the author in blue ink on the title page "For / H. F. Fuller / With best wishes / from his old friend / Dennis Wheatley". An attractive example of the seventh Duke de Richleau novel.
