First edition, first printing. Original green cloth with gilt titles to the spine and a blindstamped motif to the upper board, without dustwrapper. A near very good copy, the binding firm with a little rubbing and bumping to the extremities, the spine slightly rolled. The contents, slightly shaken and with a previous owner's bookplate on the front pastedown are otherwise clean and without inscriptions. Pages 103-114 are nicked and creased to the bottom corner (not affecting the text).
