Printed April 1997 in Santa Barbara and Ann Arbor for the Black Sparrow Press by Mackintosh Typography & Edwards Brothers Inc. Design by Barbara Martin. One of 426 copies handbound in boards by Earle Gray each with an original colour serigraph print by Charles Bukowski. This copy is hand-numbered 386 in red ink to the rear colophon. The volume was also issued in paper wrappers and 750 hardcover trade copies.
