Publisher's original cream cloth with red calligraphic titles to the upper board, in dustwrapper. 14 full page colour plates, several full page two colour and monotone plates, half page drawings and line drawings throughout by Marjorie Torrey illustrating the music and lyrics by Opal Wheeler. A lovely fine copy, the binding square and firm, the contents clean throughout and without previous owner's inscriptions or stamps. Complete with the original pictorial dustwrapper which remains entirely without loss with only a few light marks and a single closed tear to the bottom right corner of the front panel. Not price-clipped (10s 6d net to the front flap). An excellent example, scarce in the UK edition.
