First edition, first printing. Signed by the author. Publisher's original green cloth with gilt titles to the spine, in dustwrapper. A very good copy, the binding firm with a little bumping to the spine tips and corners, the cloth and gilt bright and fresh. The contents, with a couple of foxing spots to the front endpaper are otherwise clean throughout and without previous owner's marks. Complete with the rubbed and nicked dustwrapper that is a little dusty to the edges of the rear panel and faded to the spine. Not price-clipped (12s 6d net to the lower front flap).
