Publisher's original blue cloth with gilt titles to the spine and a gilt illustration of Dogger to the upper panel, in dustwrapper. Illustrated throughout in colour by Shirley Hughes. An excellent near fine copy, the binding square and firm, the extremities lightly rubbed, with a small bump to the spine tail and top corner of the upper board. Complete with the lightly rubbed and creased dustwrapper, which is a touch faded along the top edge of the front panel and is otherwise without loss or tears.
