First UK edition, first printing. Publisher's original orange cloth with black titles to spine and front panel, in the Frank Ford illustrated dustwrapper. A near fine copy, the binding square and firm with a little bumping at the spine tips, the cloth bright and fresh. The contents, with a rectangular shadow to the top edge of the front pastedown are otherwise clean throughout and without inscriptions or stamps. Complete with the original lightly rubbed and nicked dustwrapper that is bright and without loss. Not price-clipped (8/6 net to the front flap). An attractive example.
