First hardcover edition, first printing. Publisher's original blue cloth with silver titles to the spine, in the Daniel Rainey illustrated dustwrapper. A very near fine copy, the binding square and firm, the cloth bright and fresh. The contents are clean throughout and without inscriptions or stamps. There are just a few tiny foxing spots to the closed text block edge. Complete with the lightly rubbed dustwrapper that is toned to the spine and without loss or tears. Not priced to the front flap and without the publisher's address or ISBN number on the rear flap, presumably for export. A very nice example.
