First edition, first printing. Signed by the author. Limited edition. Original green cloth with bronze titles to the spine and upper board, in slipcase. Top edge green. With five black and white maps at the front. A near fine copy, the binding square and firm, the spine slightly faded at the spine. There are a few faint spots to the deckled edges, the contents are otherwise clean throughout and without previous owners' inscriptions or stamps. In the sound original slipcase which has some light marks to one side.

Issued in a limited edition of 250 copies of which this example is numbered 12 and signed by Robert Silverberg. A Hugo Award winning science fantasy novel set on the planet 'Majipoor' which Silverberg went on to use as a setting for several more novels and short stories.
