First edition, first printing. Original yellow cloth with brown and red lettering to the spine, in the jacket illustrated by William Stobbs. A very good copy, the binding tight and square, the contents clean and without inscriptions or stamps. Light spotting to the top edge of the page block and a handful of spots to the long edge. In the bright and clean dustwrapper, which is a little rubbed to the spine-tips. Not price-clipped and correctly priced (10s 6d net) to the front flap. A bright, sharp copy.
