First Folio Society edition, first printing and first edition with these illustrations. Publisher's original turquoise cloth with white titles to the spine and wrap around illustration in white and yellow, in the slipcase. Illustrated throughout in colour, with frontispiece and eight full page plates by Tatsuro Kiuchi. A near fine copy, the binding square and firm, the spine faded to aqua-marine. The contents are clean throughout and without inscriptions or stamps. Complete with the lightly rubbed slipcase that remains structurally sound.
