First edition, first printing. Publisher's retained copy. Original purple paper covered boards with black titles to the spine and upper board. A very good copy, the binding square and firm with minor bumping and a couple of small splits to the head and foot of the spine, some fading to the spine and board edges, and publisher's pencil notation to the upper board and small pen numeral to the rear. The contents with the publisher's "Archive Copy" stamp to the front free endpaper and slight toning to the page edges, are otherwise clean throughout. A nice copy of a scarce title.
