Publisher's original blue cloth with gilt titles on black to the spine and gilt illustration to the upper board, in the Dan Dos Santos illustrated dustwrapper. Housed in the embossed paper covered slipcase. Illustrated with a frontispiece and three full page colour plates by Dan Dos Santos. A fine copy, the binding square and firm, the contents are clean throughout and without inscriptions or stamps. Complete with the fine dustwrapper which is free from fading, loss or tears. The slipcase is clean and structurally sound.

Issued in a limited edition of 750 copies signed by the artist Daniel Dos Santos in black ink on the limitation page. There was also a numbered edition of 250 copies and a further 26 lettered copies in a clamshell box. 'Starship Troopers' won the Hugo Award for 'Best Novel' in 1960.
