Illustrated endpapers. A fine copy, the binding square and tight, the contents clean throughout. Complete with the fine original dustwrapper that is without fading, loss or tears. Housed in the very lightly marked, structurally sound black cloth slipcase with titles in red to the backstrip and one side.

Issued in a limited edition of 250 copies, this example numbered 17 and signed by Tim Powers in black ink on the limitation page. There was also an edition of 26 lettered copy in a tray case. The author's first major novel, first published in 1979.
